My stay at Heart of Sapa Hotel was absolutely delightful. The location is fantastic, right in the center of Sapa and close to local markets. The rooms were clean and offered a lovely balcony view, though a bit noisy at times due to street activity. Mrs. Ha and her team provided exceptional service, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was generous and delicious, but it would have been great to have even more options. Overall, it's a great value for money, with small touches that made our stay memorable.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is centrally located in Sapa, allowing me to easily explore the area. The room was spacious and clean with a stunning mountain view. The service was truly remarkable; the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The only minor downside was that I wish the dining options were a bit more varied, but the breakfast was still enjoyable. Overall, I felt I got great value for my money.
