My stay at Heart of Sapa Hotel was absolutely delightful. The location is fantastic, right in the center of Sapa and close to local markets. The rooms were clean and offered a lovely balcony view, though a bit noisy at times due to street activity. Mrs. Ha and her team provided exceptional service, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was generous and delicious, but it would have been great to have even more options. Overall, it's a great value for money, with small touches that made our stay memorable.
